To assist in routine temperature monitoring, general-purpose and nasal probes are designed for continuous measurements of a patient’s core body temperature with placement in the rectum, nasopharynx cavity, or esophagus. The thin low-friction design ensures patient comfort and ease of insertion. Available in a regular or soft sheath and with or without 5cm markings to measure the depth of placement.
